What is your shipping policy?

Orders are shipped out once per week. If you need an order in a more timely manner (for a gift, etc.), please email hi@pikodori.com to discuss options. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, shipping times may vary.

Seeds and seed kits are shipped only to the contiguous United States. Products containing seeds will not be shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, US territories, or internationally.

RETURNS

Seed kits are not eligible for return. All other items are eligible for a return if your item is unused and in the same condition that you received it in the original packaging. If you are having issues with your order please reach out to hi@pikodori.com and I’ll do my best to resolve it!

If 30 days have passed by since your purchase, unfortunately a refund or exchange cannot be offered.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notifying you that your item has been received. You will also be notified regarding the status of your refund.

If the refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund when expected, please contact hi@pikodori.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hi@pikodori.com.

Shipping
We will provide you with a shipping address, and you will be responsible for shipping costs of return. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure we receive the item. Shipping times may vary depending on your location.

How do I order wholesale?

Pikodori currently does not have the ability to fulfill large scale wholesale orders. If you’d like to carry a few in your shop, please reach out to hi@pikodori.com.
